  • Wooo hooo i am down to 287! but this week is going to be that time of the month so i dont expect it to last....
  • Up 4 lbs. However, I'm not surprised. I have been journalling faithfully and, upon reflection, realized that I went over Points five days out of seven and only exercised two out of seven. No big mystery there...
  • I am up 1 lb today. 294. BUT, it's also TOM for me, so I am not too concerned. I have been sticking to my EAT 6.
  • Woo! 246.5 on 05/19! 250 was my first hardcore motivation goal...so I'm totally psyched to finally get under that!

  • Just down 2 more pounds this week. Actually 3 pounds total from last Tuesday's weigh in, but just 2 down since I hit the 100 pound mark last Thursday. If I can get 3 more pounds down, I'll be out of the Obese III category and into the Obese II category. That's still pretty bad, but at least it's better.
  • OMG! I went to WW tonight and was expecting nice loss, because I peeked at home, but my scale weighs lower than the WW scale, so I'm never quite sure what it's going to be.

    Well, ladies, and gentlemen, I'm happy to tell you the drought is over, I lost 4.8 pounds this week! I am so freaking happy! I'm one pound away from telling the truth on my drivers license.

    That brings me to a total of 39 lbs lost forever.

    i stayed at 206, which is ok cuz 1. i lost 3 last week, and was worried some of it was water and 2. i haven't been able to do any cardio since saturday cuz of my injury.
