I'm wondering how many of you use heart rate monitors? I have had cheap ones in the past...you know, Walmart stuff....but to be honest I always felt like all the calorie burning info was largely useless since I'm doing WW. But the idea of knowing where my heart rate is....well, that appeals to me, you know?
So. What are your opinions on heart rate monitors? Help out a clueless chick! *L*
