Hi everyone!!! I'm new to 3FC and looking for support, motivation, and guidance. I've successfully lost weight in the past with Weight Watchers, but I knew that isn't what I wanted to do this time. I gained all of my weight back after I stopped going. I don't want to devote my life to weekly meetings and weigh ins, counting points, etc. I eat healthy, watch portion sizes, and exercise (although probably not enough) and this extra weight just won't leave. I know this is a lifestyle change and not a diet!!! I guess I just need the support of others to continue on in this journey!!!
Welcome! I've lost weight before, only to gain it back. There are plenty of women on here who are just like you. We're all in this together!
Susan2013 - I was successful losing weight with WW too and, like you, I got tired of counting points and eventually gained back the weight lost. I wish you every success with making the necessary lifestyle changes to get back to a healthier weight.
