I love the workouts on YouTube! Be Fit is indeed great, but I don't really care for the "Be Fit in 90" stuff. I love the videos they have featuring Kathy Smith, Denise Austin, and there are even full Jillian Michaels videos on that channel. The Butt Bible is another great workout to try. It's all toning and the instructor is hilarious.

Definitely look around YouTube for workouts! It's become an obsession of mine!

I've been doing the biggest loser cardio max on youtube since the beginning of March. It's about 45 minutes long and it has toned my body like crazy.

I lost 8lbs using HASfit and 3 more lbs doing BeFit in 90.
