how much weight did you lose first week?

  • this is the end of my first week and i am down 7 lbs.
  • About 8-9 lbs, mostly water weight.

    I average 2 lbs per week now
  • That's awesome! Pretty sure I only lost 2 lbs. In fact, the most I've lost in a week is 5 lbs, and that was a week after I had weighed in with a ton of water weight from TOM, so it wasn't a real loss. I've heard of people losing a lot in the first month or so though, before it tapers off.
  • The first time I lost this weight I lost 10lbs the first week. I can't exactly remember what it was this time around but it was certainly less than that. Maybe around 5.

    i wish i could lose 7 lbs every week! lol but i know its not going to happen.
    I just had an awesome workout on my elliptical with the jillian michaels iFit training.
    Im feeling good, feeling great.

  • I can't remember the first time around but I'd say it was definitely less than 5lbs for the first week. The restart at 180, it was about 3lbs.

  • I lost 5.2 lbs my first week (I am on weight watchers) and then the third week I lost 4.4 lbs. I'm jealous about your 7 lbs! I would love to lose that kind of weight!!
