Everyone Weigh in 03/08/13

  • It's time for the 3FC general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone!

    Me: 231.5
  • 139.2 - Down 2.4 pounds from last week
  • March 8 - 142.3 - up 2 pounds than previously but I slacked on my cardio since I did leg day. Nobody was kidding when they said leg day is no joke. Just saying.
  • 157.5 this morning...sadly, up 1.5 pounds due to 3 days of binging last weekend. Funny, one of the things that motivated me to get back on track was that i didn't want to see (too much of) a gain for today's weigh-in!
  • 121.8lbs. Been on maintenance cals and reducing cardio and still losing. Guess our bodies become efficient.
  • 195. Really, 194.6 but I round up. Pretty good considering I binged all weekend on vacation (lots of drinking and eating out) and swelled up to 202.
  • 196.0 today .. I need to get down to 190. to be only overweight.
