Friday's Day By Day

  • What are your goals for today? Did you accomplish yesterday's goals??

    Two of yesterday's three goals were not achieved yesterday. I had a low-point breakfast, followed by probably a 70-point lunch (and I'm not exaggerating), but no dinner, because I wasn't hungry. But, today is a new day and one super-crappy day isn't going to ruin what's been a good week for me.

    So, today's goal:
    1) Eat in my points range

    That's the only one, especially since I've already been to a Yoga/Pilates class today and am 1/3 of the way through my water after only being here for 1/2 hour!!
  • Well I did manage to accomplish yesterdays goals which were water and small dinner. I actually ended up being full and didn't have a dinner at all either.

    I walked 3 miles this a.m. so today's remaining goals are to:

    1. Get some paper work done/3 charts.

    2. Water

    3. Eat just my lunch that I brought. NO snack bar.

    1. stay within points range
    2. get a couple walks in.
    3. do well on my last exam today.

  • Yesterday I ate well but only got in the 20 minute pilates video. Better than nothing, but I need to add some cardio to it!

    Today --
    1 -- Eat decently
    2 -- Not give up on exercising just cuz it's the weekend!
    3 -- Tomorrow morning, wake up earlier than I have been... woke up 10 minutes before I had to leave today, so I'm basically still sleeping now...
  • I'm stepping up a goal. I have a long weekend and I'm tired of the no exercise thing so today I will say that at some point this weekend I WILL do my Yoga tape (and look for a kick box one)
