I went away for a mini vacay last weekend to a place with LOTS of amazing food. I ate too much and drank too much and when I came back, the damage was 2.2 lbs! I was stuck at that weight until yesterday morning when I weighed myself and found that I had lost most of it. This morning, it's all gone! I'm sure some of it was water weight, but I've been working hard at cardio and lifting this week, so I'd like to think that some of it was probably me watching what I've been eating and working out. Alsoooooo...
only .2 lbs before I am out of the 140s!
