I am staying on plan until I get to 195! And after that, for some other reason. But I started Feb at 201, and ended it at... 201. Via 204 via 196. If the set point theory isn't true, it must be coincidence that the last weight I stayed at for a significant time was 196!
I KNOW I can be smaller than this. Preferably this month! I really want the scale to say 13-something, instead of barely even getting down to the dead-on 14 marker!!
