I want to get a new step aerobics dvd and I came across this one, "Shapely Girl: Let's Get Stepping with Debra Mazda - Beginner Step Cardio Workout". Has anyone done this workout or any of her other ones? I am using Cathe Friedrich basic step right now and I love it. but I want to have a bit of variety too. I hate to spend the money on a dud and thought you guys were the best ones to ask

I have it and enjoy it. I don't do a lot of step since I prefer kickboxing. I'm not sure where you are looking to purchase, but here is a video clip and reviews. Hope it helps.

I enjoyed using the Shapely Girl Step dvd. My all time favorite is anything Gin Miller did - you can get her old tapes/dvds on Amazon. She was one of the first Step instructors for Reebok and she's great. No gimmicks - just good step class!

I'm glad the is a link to Collage Video. I think they're great because they let you see a bit of the dvd on line before you buy. Can't beat that.
