I am not new to 3FC, but I am to WW Online - this week! I have been searching on both the WW site and here and have not found the answer to my question.

Does anyone know how many points are given to TVP (texturized vegetable protein)?

Does anyone know of a site where I can find point values for non-standard ingredients and foods?

I do not know the answer to that, but if you type the info from the nutritional label in to the calculator at WW, it will give you the points and you can save it as a custom food.

I use Bob's Red Mill TVP, but I'm not on WW. On the PointsPlus calculator, it's 2pts for 24g (around 1/4 cup dry).
