The bottom line is I am integrating beer into my diet. Healthy, no. But it's got to work for me.


At least that's what I told my doctor.


) Once and a while, usually for a reason, I buy a case of beer and then drink as much of it as I can. I can't drink nearly as many as I used to though. And then there is one beer when out for dinner, and that doesn't happen too often. I have also learned not to bother with the low cal beer, you just need to drink twice as many and that just defeats the whole purpose!
