Just wondering if you can have turkey hot dogs or turkey sausage on Medifast? Since you can have turkey pepperoni then what would be the difference between the turkey hot dogs or turkey sausage?
If you can what would be the serving size?

Ok so, I went out and purchased some Hot Turkey Sausage by J.O. I am going to have them for dinner today to see if that will affect my weight loss. I do not think it will as the nutrition facts are not that bad with the exception of the sodium:

Calories = 160
Total Fat = 10g
Saturated Fat = 2.5g
Cholestrol = 70mg
Sodium = 890mg
Total Carbohydrate = 0
Fiber = 0
Sugars = 0
Protein = 17g

Yes ma'am you can! as long as your protein is above your carbs then it can be considered your protein!
