BTW I love this so much more than the longer short term goals we used to do. I never stuck to those. This seems much more realistic for me.1. Drink all of the water in the pitcher on my desk.
2. Walk during my lunch/2 miles.
3. This is a biggie.......Do NOT I repeat Do NOT eat the yummy birthday cake that some evil co worker brought in for another co workers b-day. This will take some effort and will definitely be my most difficult goal of the day.
4. Mail thank you notes!
