Day By Day Wednesday/March 14th

  • I wanted to get in on this BTW I love this so much more than the longer short term goals we used to do. I never stuck to those. This seems much more realistic for me.

    1. Drink all of the water in the pitcher on my desk.

    2. Walk during my lunch/2 miles.

    3. This is a biggie.......Do NOT I repeat Do NOT eat the yummy birthday cake that some evil co worker brought in for another co workers b-day. This will take some effort and will definitely be my most difficult goal of the day.

    4. Mail thank you notes!

    Here are my goals for the day...

    1. Get some sort of exercise in.
    2. Eat within my points range
    3. Drink at least 64 oz. of water

    Thanks, Becki for starting this this morning. I'm getting kind of a late start.

    My goals for today:
    1) Eat what I've journaled for the day.
    2) Drink my water.
    3) Exercise over my lunch break, but take it easy today and only do 2 miles.
    4) Maybe, just maybe, get the nerve to go to a class at the Y. Tonight's possibilities are Cardio Combat Pump, Aqua Fitness, or Step Combo... I'm scared, though.

    So, I hope you all have a wonderful day full of accomplished goals!!
  • eh what the hay i'll jump into the fray
    1 drink water 6 glasses to start
    2 exercise for at least an hour I'm going to PT
    3 get the rest of myapt
  • i am going to finally update my goals at a half decent time.

    1. drink 8 glasses of water
    2. get a two mile in house walk in (since it's raining out)
    3. nothing but zero point veggies after 9!

    number three may be a little hard for me since i tend to snack at night, but i need to break the habit!!!
  • Went to WI yesterday so that was my major goal. TOM gain of 1.2 (it and more WILL be gone by next week)

    Today
    1)Water
    2)Fish for supper (low point and yummy)
    3)Hand in my assignment

    OK I've been stalling on the last one so I figured I'd throw it in here and get it done for sure.

  • Yesterday I didn't get the walk in, but I did the 20 minute pilates tape instead & got my hair trimmed which I needed more than the exercise I think! Did well on eating though, so that's one good thing...

    Today
    1-- Watch the eating, especially AFTER supper
    2-- run to the gym or go for a walk (depending on whether it's raining or not)
