Day By Day Tuesday (May 13)

  • How was everyone's yesterday? I'm pleased to say that I accomplished my goal and ate only what was journaled for the day. Whoohoo!! In addition to that, I walked 3 miles at the Y yesterday, drank all my waters, and had all my fruits/vegetables. I was even more successful than I thought I could be!!

    Today's goals:

    1) Eat only what's been journaled for the day and if I eat something else, make sure it will keep my in my daily pts range.
    2) Drink my waters.
    3) Go to the Y during lunch and do another three miles.

    What are your goals for today?

    Well, I accomplished 1/2 my goals, which wasn't too bad...

    1. I ate within my points, but at the high end.
    2. I didn't get my water in.
    3. I got a walk in.

    I am going to use the same goals for today.
  • I got in yesterday's goals but today may be another story. With TOM here, I dread the WI but my goal is to go anyway and to stay for the meeting.

  • Yesterday went good --

    I ate decently (1500 calories)
    Did my walk & pilates
    And I got plenty of sleep on top of all that!

    Today --
    Walk/run for 1 hour
    Eat healthy
    Find somewhere to get a haircut!!!
  • hi girls... this is what i posted last night for today on the other thread.

    1. eat a healthy breakfast
    2. drink at least 4 glasses of water at work (8 all together)
    3. get a two mile walk in

    sad to say that so far i really only got the water in. i am headed out for a walk though... (in the drizzle i might add). my breakfast wasn't BAD.. but it was just a yogurt and coffee with a smidgen of half and half. i wouldn't call it unhealthy... but i know i could have been healthier.

    anyway, off for my walk.
