Finding it hard to get support

  • Hi everyone.

    I am a 26 year old female and I am 5'4". I am pretty muscular for my petite build.

    My daily exercises are pretty simple.

    Below is 1 set of my workout, which I repeat 5 times every day:
    5 pull-ups
    1 60 second plank
    10 push-ups
    10 weighted squats with 30 lbs

    Other than this, I am a passionate mountain climber. I haven't found an at-home cardio that I can stick to, that is also machine-free...and this is an issue for me because I want to improve my heart health.

    I do not work out when I am on my period...this is just something I allow myself.

    I am looking to lose about 8 pounds...and it is excruciatingly hard to do without someone to talk to every day...
