First 4 weeks of the year... I ate no weekly points. NONE. I lost 3-5 pounds every week. The next three weeks... I experimented with different levels of weekly points. Ate them all = No loss. Ate half = no loss. Ate 15 of them = no loss. I'm done!
Everyone kept saying "your body will adjust to it and you'll start losing". That's total BS. My body doesn't need to get used to eating. It needs to get used to eating LESS.
I know we do these "Weekly points" discussions all the time but I'm really ticked off at myself this time. I KNEW they didn't work for me. I knew it, and I let other people convince me with some cock and bull story about "getting used to it". So I had a 3 week complete stall in my weight loss and then a GAIN this week of a pound, where if I would have listened to ME... I could be down another 6-10 pounds by now.
So that's it. I'm not eating another weekly point until I hit maintenance.
BEYOND FRUSTRATED!!
