Day By Day Monday (May 12)

    My goal: (I only have one today)

    1) I journaled last night for today and my goal for the day is to eat only what I wrote down and to plan for tomorrow tonight.

    That's the only one!

  • My goal today...

    1. eat healthy
    * I have had special K for break, and am having a salad for lunch.
    2. drink some water this afternoon.
    3. walk
    * I walked 30 min this morning, going to try for a 1 mile walk this afternoon.

  • Goals:

    1 -- get back to eating healthy
    2 -- 1/2 hour walk & 20 minute pilates tonight
  • Well, I blew my weekend goals. Goals for today:

    1. Drink my water
    2. Stay below 1800 calories (am trying to ease back in)
    3. Do my short strength routine tonight after work

    Nothing crazy, should be able to accomplish this!
  • Me too lexxy, I was HORRIBLE. But back to it.

    1) WATER, WATER, WATER
    2) STAY ON POINTS.
    3) SLEEP tonight.

  • Ok I haven't even done goals in a while because I knew I wouldn't meet them hahaha

    My only goal: To stay in my range and (if possible) stay towards the lower end of my range (20-23)
  • mind if i join your group? i know it's late for monday... so i'll use these goals for tuesday...

    1. eat a healthy breakfast
    2. drink at least 4 glasses of water at work (8 all together)
    3. get a two mile walk in

    i'll start off with that and then challenge myself as time goes on!
