Hello!
I have been lurking on the site for a couple of weeks now, and am thrilled with the amount of support that everyone has for each other.
I have been overweight (who am I kidding???) fat my entire adult life, and recently while on vacation I stepped onto the scale........... and shocked myself big time! OMG I never thought that I weighted that much
I took a good hard look at myself and have decided that I am worth it, I will get healthy, and I fully expect this to be a life long commitment.
