Having a bad day, I guess...

  • I'm feeling kind of bloated and crappy right now. My weight loss has stalled for a couple of weeks (I was sick and dropped a lot because I was barely eating and now have gained back maybe a pound of that and am stable.) I know my body's adjusting and stuff but I just looked in a lot of "up close" mirrors today and I feel gross. I ate about 1700 calories (which isn't a tragedy, I know), but it wasn't really good food and my sodium was at 2000mg and I'm just kinda ...blahhhh. It feels like I gave up today.

    I didn't even go out of the apartment. I did an ab workout and some pilates but beyond that I just sat around on my butt studying for a lab test.

    Anyway, I guess I just need to push "reset" or something. I'm feeling discouraged. I thought the losing would've started again.

    I have over eaten for the last few days, tomorrow is a new day! We can do it!
