Hello everyone! My is Patty and I decided to join this site to see if I could get a little help with my weight loss.
I weighed 225 pounds and have managed to get to 180 but have completely plateaued. I was thinking about training to run a marathon so if anyone has any suggestions on how to start or what sort of diet I should follow I would be happy to hear about it!

I have been thinking about running another half marathon to keep me motivated. It definitely helps keep you running regularly when you know you have a long race coming up.
