    Wondering if I can eat this canned chili....

    Ingredients
    Water
    Beef
    Belen's
    Tomatoes
    Tomato paste
    Onions, chili seasoning
    Jalapeņos
    Modified corn starch
    Soybean oil

    if you are on P1 I do not believe corn starch is permitted, sorry

    And I would not - easier to make it yourself. But it is a no b/c of the corn starch, especially on Ph 1.

    Lol! I use Wendy's Chili recipe which is on the recipe forum. LOVE it and super easy!
