  • Any good cauliflower recipes out there?
  • One of my favorite things to do with cauliflower is to use my food processor shredding attachment and make "rice" out of it. I throw in some pork chops, green onions and soy sauce and it makes a really good "pork fried rice" dish that's super easy to make.
  • Just ate cauliflower soup and it was delicious!

    Same here!
  • roast it in the oven with olive oil and seasalt
  • I make the "cauliflower fried rice" also! I do soy sauce, chicken broth, garlic, green onion, s&p, chicken and egg. It's so delicious!
  • mashed cauliflower, my husband eats it now instead of mashed potatoes and doesn't even mind...infact he asks for it!

Roasted cauli is my favorite way to prepare it
  • I love cauliflower
  • Mahes cauli, cauli poppers, cauli pizza crust
  • The chicken fried rice recipe on here is really good. I've also started making pizza crust with it. Its edible, the problem is i never remember the way i made it before. Sometimes its just like a crust, sometimes more like a crusty mash - sounds appetizing The biggest thing is to squeeze as much moisture as you can out of it. Today is cauliflower on my spinach salad. I don't do a very good job of measuring while i'm at work but everything looked so fresh today on the salad bar.
  • Cauliflower is the most versatile vegetable there is on this diet.

I just made sushi with it, you can use it as a substitute to rice.

You can also use it as a substitute to potatoes, you can do mashed cauliflower as you do the potatoes.

You can make cauliflowers pop corn by cutting the cauliflowers into pop corn size, stir frying it with some spices or just salt.

The possibilities are endless, there are lots of recipes on this thread that use cauliflower.
  • I mostly do mashed right now, substituting no fat/low sodium chicken broth for the water I boil in to give it better flavour. I don't like how cauli usually tastes so this helps. A lot.
  • Spritz it with oil, salt/pepper, a little cayanne pepper and ROAST!
  • Um u eat it. Ok smart a** moment has passed. I just steam it, but have heard of using it in place of potatoes for mashed potatoes or as a soup thickener. I am just now starting to enjoy that veggie.
