I use mfp and add my vitamins and chia seed and coconut oil. That amounts to 216 cals. Should I be counting those things. Some times I don't have coconut oil so that deducts 43 cals. My hubby says no. What do u calorie counters think?
I don't but I do on my fitness tracker because it tells me whether I am getting enough vitamins based on the percentages.
I don't take anything but multi-vitamin, so no(it never even occurred to me, and I just went and looked at the bottle and it doesn't show any calories?), but I'm going to be trying chia seeds and yes, I will count them.
I don't. I'm currently on a meal plan that only occasionally has me count calories so I don't count the cals in my vitamins. (They're gummy adult vitamins so they do have some calories.)
Only if it says the amount of calories but atm I'm only taking iron supplements prescribed by my doctor. I only ever took tablets, chewable ones or the gummies.
I add my multivitamin vitamin on MFP just so I remember that I took it.
If I have something like chia seeds, I definitely would add it to account for the calories. Every calorie matters to me, even the healthy ones!
I count my vitamins & the tums I take everyday just because all the calories add up so fast.
Ok so pretty much yes then, mines seems to be a high number compared to everyone else's though. I think maybe I will split the difference. Cause that leaves me with under 1000 for the day, although I do have workout calories, still unsure about eating those.

If it goes in my mouth, I count it.

I take a multi-vitamin everyday, no I don't count those calories.
When I am counting, yes, I do. I take CLO which is 10 calories per capsule.

I count my fish oil pills.
I don't, but I believe the gummy vitamins I take are like 10 calories.
I don't count the gummy adult multivitamin (only way I don't get heartburn) nor the fish oil. If I were eating chia seeds/flax seeds, I'd count them though.
The only supplement I use is protein powder and yes, I count it.
