? anyone using the whole wheat Panko ?

    I saw some at the store and wanted to buy it but .. was a little concerned ... Are you all using it ?

    I have this great way of making veggies.. that roasts them and at the end of their cooking sprinkle some panko on them to toast they taste like deep fried green beans... so if I could use this whole wheat panko.. it would add some wonderful veggies to our dinners.

    Whole wheat panko is fine, and I always have a package on hand. I love it toasted and sprinkled over baked tofu.
