This is what I was told by a nutritionist when I complained about the same thing....."Hun, everyone is slightly gluten intolerant and your body was used to it before, now your body with your one year of no wheat has healed a bit and can no longer keep the allergy away." Don't know if its true but I keep wheat out and only eat sprouted grains. I was never much of a sandwich gal but do love my toast. Even on fun days I stay away from wheat.Originally Posted by Beck81
I have never had any problem with wheat or gluten before. Mainly I have been having Bear Naked granola in the morning on my greek yogurt and fresh blackberries.
It has also become obvious to me over the last month that I am lactose intolerant
!!!!! I so loved ice cream, trying chapmans frozen yogurt this weekend....on top of an angel food cake. Looking forward to it, can safely say that it has been at least 3 years since I had angel food cake.Take it slow, pay attention to what's going on. I couldn't do wine when I started and it wasn't a big deal....not a big drinker...but 8 months later two glasses and the scale didn't complain. Granted I still keep the booze to fun day.
You'll do great it you keep it slow and pay attention to what works for you.
