    Hello. I have decided to find myself under all the stuff that`s cluttering my life. I have become really good at hiding my feelings and now know that this is causing me harm. I am looking for support to be a more positive person. I want to be healthy 45 yr old active woman.

    Welcome! This is a great group! Find a (or a couple of) forum/group that fits where you are (by age, by weight, by diet chosen) and start posting--you'll find a great community of support!
