How was everyone's Wednesday? Did you accomplish your goals? I haven't been doing very well, so my goal for today is simple:
1) Eat within my points range.
That's all I want to accomplish. If I get my fruits and veggies in, great. If I get in all my waters, that's great too. But most important is to stay in the points range.
