DBD Challenge Day 11 (Thursday)

  • How was everyone's Wednesday? Did you accomplish your goals? I haven't been doing very well, so my goal for today is simple:

    1) Eat within my points range.

    That's all I want to accomplish. If I get my fruits and veggies in, great. If I get in all my waters, that's great too. But most important is to stay in the points range.

    what are your goals for today??

  • I can't even stick with my goals for one day!! AARRGGHH!!

    I am going to try harder today....

    1. eat sensibly. may not track points, but no fast food or anything bad for me.
    2. water, water ,water
    3. go for a walk on break this morning, and try for one after work if the storms stay away.

    Jess, I think taking baby steps is a good idea, I tried to stay within my points range, drink my water and exercise yesterday, and I think it was just too much starting back, so I am going to take it slow.....

    How about everyone else??

  • ok, well didn't meet my goals yesterday....don't really have many for today, I won't be home till probably 11, so no exercise for me!

    1. get in water
    2. Drink no more than 5 beers at the bar
    3. Stop stressing myself out!
  • Miserable Canucks...
    I didn't get my leg lifts and crunches in yesterday and don't have time for them today so my goals are basic.
    1) Water
    2) Avoid the evil carb muchies at the pub tonight

    That's it. I think I can...I think I can...I think I can...
