Im trying so hard to get the last 10 pounds off, put oh my gosh can I eat.
I dont feel like I am binging but I know I am eating to much. I feel like this calorie cycling thing is working aganist me so I am going to go back to the old fashioned 1500 calories. Workout for 60 mins. I am going to do a quick run in the mornings aswell.
Sort of just a rant. But this seems to happen every weekend. I go so far off track.
