how many carbs are we actually suppose to be taking in? with my IP packs i'm at about 25-28 then i reading looking up vaggies and they all have carbs as well? can someone help me please
i eat cucumber, celery brocolli and just taken a liking to turnip i make in to fries. i eat my 4 cups a day, just confused i've lost 13 pounds in 4 weeks. so i must be doing somthing right still??
On average, we take in between 20 and 40 NET carbs per day on Phase 1. Net carbs are what you get when you subtract dietary fiber from total carbs. Do NOT worry about the veggies - everything on the select veggie list is low in carbs and pretty good in fiber so that they are "safe" when we are keeping our carbs low. Just follow the sheet 100% and you will be right on track
