Just wondering has anyone had any luck with Dr Bernstein products?
If so which ones?
and did it slow your weight loss down?

Just posted a reply on the other 'Canada thread' too, but the answer is Yes - I used Dr. Bernstein's soup, oatmeals, and RTDs quite a bit. No problem. If you go to their website at http://store.drbdiet.com/ you can compare their nutritional values with the comparable IP product, and see for yourself that they are practically identical. I also used their potassium supplement all the way though (still am).

I just replied on the other about this.

I have heard several times that Dr B & IP use the same suppliers so their products are very close if not identical.

I used them all the time as they are half the price of IP and it is so easy just to pop in and pick them up in their clinics.

Thank you both so very much, I wasn't sure where to post it but really appreciate your advice.....I lost 20 pounds doing Ideal protein in the summer and gained most of it back, I have tried so many diets and this one really works,..so I will be heading to Dr.B clinic very soon....
