Jess, where are you??
Do we still want to keep this challenge thread separate from the main thread?
Anyway, I did OK last night. I ended up spending most of the night chatting online with some friends, and didn't start my weight training till 10. I did a 1/2 session, which is at least something. Overslept this morning and didn't get any cardio in. Lesson learned - do my workout immediately after getting home, before laying on the couch or going online. Will try that tonight....
Goals:
1. Do strength training plus something else tonight (walk, pilates, etc) to make up for this morning.
2. Drink mucho water - don't want to be retaining for weigh in!
3. Eat within range. I've been doing ok with this, but also haven't had to deal with too many challenges like restaurants and bars.
Hi Lexxy,
I didn't get much accomplished yesterday since I had a headache, but here are my goals today:
1. eat sensibly
2. Drink my water
3. Exercise tonight
Here are my goals for today:
1. Bank points for weekend (my Mom is coming & we'll probably take her out for supper)
2. Get all of my water in
3. do my stretching routine.
Didn't do that badly on eating (even with going out for a while last night), but I didn't exercise much. Only got 21 minutes on elliptical, then I was just tired and had a sideache so I stopped. But something is better than nothing, right?
Goals for today:
1 --Eat more during the day, less at night. I tend to eat most of my calories at night, which doesn't help me keep my energy up during the day.
2 --Grocery shopping for healthy meals -- more protein, less carbs than i've been eating. and tons of vegetables!
3 --Walk tonight for 1/2 hour, pilates tape.
I did great on my goal yesterday - I went to WI and stayed for the whole meeting. And I was down (I'll change my sig in a minute) I'm upping my goals for today.1) - Drink my water
2) Stay within my points (I have the BEST Supper planned already)
3) DO MY LEG LIFTS and SIT-UPS! I haven't been doing them lately so I'll do them tonight while I watch what will hopefully be that last game of this series for my boys (GO CANUCKS)
