im cooking fries and the bag says a serving for 120cal is 17 fries or 86g but when i weighed them frozen, like 6 fries was 75g.. do i weigh them frozen or after they are cooked? i weighed an even mix of fry sizes if this is important

Do they have ice on them? That might make them heavier. Otherwise, I'd go with what the scale says.
