What if you nap during the day?

  • Hello!

    I napped today so I've only had 2 MM's so far and it's 1:30 pm.

    Am I supposed to keep following the 2 hour rule even if my last evening meal is about 9 something?


    I may run into this problem on the weekends so I'd like to know for today and the future if you just keep going even if it means eating later.

  • I'll compress my meals closer, or double up if I need to.
  • I wake up early M-F for work so I love to sleep in on the weekends. I've forced myself to wake up at 9 for a shake and go straight back to sleep. The weekends have dragged my weightloss down a bit but it picks up on M-F so I don't think naps or sleeping late is a bad thing.
