DBD Day 9 (Tuesday)

    I didn't quite meet my goals for yesterday. I got in my water - even had it with dinner instead of my usual can of diet coke. I didn't get home till 8, and my stomach was killing me, so I took a pain pill and lay on the couch wand watched tv. No strength training for me, but I did do some exercise yesterday morning, so I don't feel too bad. I was in bed by 10:30, so that was near my goal of 10, but didn't fall asleep right away. I hit snooze for 20 mins this morning too!

    Goals for today:
    1. Drink my water
    2. Do at least half my strength training routine for tonight (I'll be getting home late again)
    3. Eat what I've planned
    4. Try to squeeze in more fiber if I'm still hungry tonight

  • Yesterday, did very well, probably too much carbs though. Can't make it to the store until Thursday though (payday!) so I'll have to make do until then with what I've got in the cabinets & fridge.

    Today:
    walk tonight, pilates tonight or tomorrow morning (if i can drag myself out of bed earlier)
    keep it up on the eating well
