Has anyone listened to any of Agaston's books on audio?
I read the first book a few years ago when I first tried eating this way; this time around I refreshed my memory when I joined the official site. I would really like to read that one again - or a newer one - but I don't have a lot of down time for reading.
What I DO have is upwards of 12 hours in the car by myself every work week. So I was thinking of downloading one or two of them. Then I remembered I tried this years ago with "Zone" book author Barry Sears. Now THERE was someone who should have hired a voice actor to do his audio book. (Seriously, you listen to it and can't stop wondering why no one was able to persuade him of this!)
So has anyone tried listening to any of the South Beach books? If so, which ones did you listen to, and how were they?
