Hello all.
I never thought I'd see a difference, to be honest I never thought this was going to happen. I never took progress pictures which I regret but anyway this is me a couple of bmi points into obese and a couple under, even though I might not be at my goal it does make a difference, my face has changed a lot over the last 20 pounds (the 20 before were basically me losing my double chin lol).

I'll come back after the next 20lbs (those 20 were lost between July and September) I'll almost be in the "healthy" weight zone.

I still remember crying on the scales when I hit onederland :P Seems like only yesterday and this summer I'll be two years losing, so worth it though.

Big difference, your tummy looks so flat, I decided to take pictures 2 at around 150 lbs, a couple more lbs for me to have my documented 20 lbs loss. Congrats and cheers to another 20

Thanks, ha defo no flat all that bulge at the front is still fat and still a bit of a shelf issue under the waist band so all the fat is still in the same shape its just less bulky if that makes sense. Everything is just less bulgy, indeed here here to another 20 although the 20 before that (203-183) I didn't see any apparent change, it even took months to notice this change.. think I noticed it in clothing size before I saw any difference haha.

I posted my 20+ loss pictures too thanks to yours. And even my hubby thought your tummy looked flat. I am sure there is room for toning but u r looking good!
