food review. too much/too little?

    Snack

    Milk 1% milkfat, 0.75 cup
    Roasted Almonds,15

    Lunch
    Spinach - Raw, 1 1/22 cup
    Roma Tomato - 1 Raw Medium, 1/2
    Dark Red Kidney Beans, 1/2 cup
    Kikkoman - Rice Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    Oil - Vegetable, canola, 0.5 tbsp
    Lunch Meat - Turkey, Oscar Mayer Smoked Turkey Breast Slice 96% Ff Cucumber - With peel, raw, .25 cup

    Dinner
    Whole Green Beans, 1 cup
    Dark Red Kidney Beans, 1/2 cup
    Chicken - Breast, Meat Only, Cooked, Dry Heat, 6 oz

    most days I do not do coffee but I needed it today.

  • Hi paydaymom -- I thought I'd responded but I guess I didn't hit submit!

    I think this looks really good! How do you feel about it? Are you hungry eating a plan like this? When does that hunger hit?
  • That is what is freaking me out. I am not hungry! I did end up drinking some skim milk after an hour of playing just dance with my son...not because I was hungry but b/c it was easy and for some reason I thought it would be a good idea to head of hunger from movement..haha I know I am crazy
  • I might add some veggies to your eggs - spinach maybe? But it looks good!
