    Here are the before and after pix I said I would post. Actually, the "after" picture isn't really "after", it's a "during" pic.

    The first picture was taken June 22, 2012. I am the one in pink, standing. I weigh about 328.
    The second picture was taken a week ago and I weigh 230.
