Hi there! I am from Canada and I will be heading to Houston Wednesday next week until Sunday. I am just wondering how to go about packing my IP meals... any tips for me? Should I just put them all in my luggage that I check in? I don't think I can take liquids on the plane with me but can I throw bars in my purse? (Not sure of the rules for food on planes)
