Well I've dusted off my copy of SBD Super charged. Refreshing myself & ridding house of temptations.. & will be starting phase 1 again soon.. I'm not eating dairy anymore... so need to plan some modifications..
I got a 2013 diary/ calendar & tracking my exercise each day... & will most likely write foods, to keep myself accountable.
One thing that is clear to me, Is I do so much better with a support network. & happy to be back.
