Hi all
I am at my wit's end re losing weight. I am told that I am addicted to eating, although I don't necessarily believe that assessment. Bottom line is that I DO eat alot and now weigh a very unhealthy 205+. I am obese, to put it bluntly. For already identified health problems I have to lose weight. It is hard because it is not just a matter of showing restraint. Inasmuch as I ask my husband to stop bringing certain foods into the house, he does it.
