Hello I have just recently joined, my name is Gillian and I'm re-starting my diet plan.
I've been lurking this forum for a lot of time and now I've decided to join.
I am 5'3" and weigh about 164 lbs. My aim is to lose again that 40 pounds that I've lost and gained again.
