    Breakfast: Tazo Chai Tea & hot RTD with coffee

    Lunch: Salad with cucumbers, broccoli Hot RTD with coffee

    Dinner: Chicken breast, salad, cucumbers, peppers, broccoli

    Snack: Hot RTD with coffee

    water, water, water
  • Phase 3, Day 11
    Breakfast--Plain greek yogurt with 1 cup raspberries
    2 eggs, 2 slices Sara Lee low-cal bread

    Lunch--mashed cauliflower and 6 oz ground beef, sliced cucumbers

    Dinner--Big Salad and chicken breast

    Snack--strawberry wafer

    B: Balanced Protein veggie omelet with 1 cup sauteed mushrooms and 1 tbsp veggie shreds, coffee w/2oz EAS Carb AdvantEDGE vanilla RTD

    L: Lettuce salad, Health Wise cheddar cheese curls

    D: Bunless turkey burger, veggies from the salad bar

    S: Cocomint cream in coffee - Peppermint mocha!
  • I had Brussell Sprouts for lunch today... How have I never tried these.. yummy and super easy preperation, just throw in the microwave and steam away!
  • For today

    B: Greek omelet
    L: Greek salad and feta
    S: Sunflower and pumpkin seeds mix
    D: Dill and wine salmon
  • B: Omelet with green peppers
    L: Salad with Chicken, and a Cappuccino
    D: MORE Salad with Chicken
    S: Vanilla Pudding
