Day By Day Challenge Day 1 (Monday)

  • So, here is day one of the Day By Day Challenge... Since I started the challenge, I suppose I better be the first to post my goal for today.

    Today, I am going to get suggestions for meals. I think a big part of my problem is that I'm super-bored with what I'm eating, so I'm going to do some searching for stuff to eat.

    Anyway, my goal for today is to get in 30 minutes of exercise.

    Today I will try on the pants in the back of my closet to see how far I have to go. (kinda ties in with the Canada Day Challenge)

  • I already exercised this morning, got my veggies in, and drank all my water. What else can I do?
  • Lori--Can you stay within your points range all day? Or is that something pretty regular for you?

    If nothing else, you could say that today's goals were to exercise, drink your waters, and get all your veggies. Then you've accomplished your goals for the day.
  • I think staying in range is a good goal. I'll go with that one (the past couple days i haven't kept to that really well)

    Well, my DH and I have been doing landscaping from morning til night since Saturday, so that keeps me out of the kitchen. Yesterday I didn't feel well, so I only ate a brat, corn on cob and a couple chips. So I was well below points. Today, I had a biscuit for breakfast, which isn't too great, but I am having a salad for lunch, and then out to plan 1 acre of grass seed, so that will be some good exercise.

    I am with Jess on the food thing. I am getting bored, especially for lunches, and I really don't have a microwave handy, so the WW meals and such are kind of out.

    My goal today is to drink 70 oz. of water.

  • My goal today (Tuesday) is even though I exercised this morning to get some more in. Maybe a walk at lunch or something like that.
  • Hmmm - I'm having a rough day so far. I need a goal that I know I can stick to - I need to feel successful at something.

    My goal (Tuesday 4.29): Get at least 30 minutes of exercise.
