MFP users!!!

  • Hey y'all, if you use myfitnesspal, I have a question...

    Do you enjoy the little feature that tells you how much you'll weigh in 5 weeks?
    I absolutely adore that feature, but I was wondering if anyone knows of a website (or app) that does the same thing (based on calories consumed) without having to plug in what you've eaten.
    Basically I want to play with my numbers :-)
  • Um maybe check out nowloss.com or loseit.com... I don't know if they will do exactly what youre asking for but they might be a good start? LoseIt also has an app for your phone, it's similar to myfitnesspal.

    Actually, I always ignore that little feature lol. My calorie eating sometimes fluctuates, and I weigh myself daily so the estimated numbers are never consistent haha.

  • Mozzy, if you don't want to enter food in yourself, it's easy enough to figure out on your own. 3500 calories equals a pound, if you can roughyl figure out how much you burn a day vs. how much you take in you can do the math.
