There is this voice in my head. It tells me that I can DO this.
I have been taking things one day at a time and I know thats all I can do.
I love the IP protocal it has taught me that there is a solution as long as I am commited.
Today is day 5 back on plan and today I am committed.
I hope that voice in my head keeps talking and that I continue to listen!
