Costco now has fresh mini zuchini & squash packages.
I picked this up over the weekend and I have been roasting it with Mrs. Dash and EVOO
Yummy and super easy.
breakfast - IP RTD chocolate shake; lunch IP broccoli cheese soup, green peppers, lettuce with oil & vinegar dressing...
Supper - BIG MAC SALAD - tastes like cheating.
Snack, not sure yet - maybe an IP bar...
B: Health Wise Top Stack pancake w/WF syrup, coffee w/2 oz Carb AdvantEDGE vanilla RTD
L: big salad with 2c green bell peppers, Balanced Protein Crispy fudge graham bar
D: Chicken fajitas (no tortilla and double the peppers)
S: Coffee w/cocomint cream mixed in (Peppermint Mocha!)
