Summer's Comin' weekly weigh in

  • Its been a week already, and I can say Ive stayed the same. (thankgoodness) I havent been a very good girl.
  • Down a pound from 210, despite terrible cheats this past week - see my journal for the gory details! This week promises to be less stressful - I'll be busy but it'll be what I choose to do, not somebody else's "shoulds".
  • Think I keep hoping to wake up thin and it just doesn't happen that way. I was pretty good this week and lost my two pounds which was my goal, but since I was so good was hoping for more, but guess I should really be happy with this. Hope everyone does well this week. Caci
  • Put me in the "glad to be the same" category. I was down my 2+ pounds but L and I had our big auction this weekend and the choclate dipped strawberries kept calling my name and ....

    I'm back on Induction and back to the gym so now I need to be down 4 pounds by the next weigh-in.
  • Weigh-in was Friday -- week 1 of the SB diet and down 5 lbs! Congrats, everybody, on the weight loss!
  • Same old thing
    I cheated over the weekend so I'm very glad to say I'm still hovering around 140.

    Goal: 125
  • I am still hovering at 184, kicking butt this week and hope to show a loss next week!
