I'm an M&M girl. I totally get it. I found the single serving treats that I take home have helped with portion control. Left to my own devices I could totally polish off a 12oz bag while watching a couple episodes of a K-drama. So yummy but a total diet killer.
Just remember though that even if you do have a day where you totally binge hardcore. It was 1 day and you shouldn't beat yourself up for it. Every pound you lose is a WIN. It doesn't matter if it takes you 1 day or 1 week to lose it. What counts is that you keep pushing towards your goal. Don't let 1 bad day turn into 1 bad week and then a bad month. Just say "Ok, so yesterday I screwed up. Today I'm going to do my best." AND don't try and "Fix" what you did yesterday, just do your best with a clean slate the next day or next meal and keep working towards your goal!
